Trying to get my new card

You would think picking up you're new card is an easy thing, think again! I took a proof of residence with me, but the company that I work for wrote it in my married name, but my ID Book, drivers license as well as my current bank account is still on my maiden name. After reading the SMS that I got from the bank it stated for new accounts proof is needed, mine is almost 3 years old, so in actual fact I did not even need it. The manager saw my married name on my resident letter, and would not even help me! Did nothing! I live on a game farm far from town, so now I don't have any means of getting the money that is in my account.
