Your feedback on my query is unacceptable as no one has tried to call me. If you have tried to call, please advise as to why you did not leave a message. I have called your call centre 3 times and every time I call there is no manager to speak to. I am still waiting for your managers to call me. I have also written a complaint on your website on the 07/03/2013. You have not replied to this. You have not even bothered to call or email me back.

You then have the audacity to say that mt phone went to voice-mail. What a pathetic excuse!! your company clear does not respect customers. I will strongly discourage any person that I know to do business with you. You are corrupt to the very core and you have no value for customers. We do not need companies like your in our country. You are interested in making profits and exploiting customers with no regard of their rights at all.
