I would just like to comment on the exceptional service I've received from Vaughn in the Gardens branch. I had quite a few transactions and queries I needed to have sorted over the past three days and I cannot believe how friendly, professional and knowledgeable he was.
Not only that, but on my second and third visit, Vaughn immediately greeted me by name and pulled up my accounts from memory. Brilliant.
ABSA, make sure you keep this employee happy. It will be a massive loss if he were to be snatched by another bank! Thank you for actually making my banking a pleasure!
