Vaughn was four months late on my pool and always had excuses and was always coming or on his way!!!
I can write an essay on my experience with this guy Vaughn but will not bore you. All i can say is people if you want to die of a heart attack then deal with this guy in the end i had to get Gary from Pool Connexion and what a great experience. Gary completed Vaughn's job which was four months late and never arrived back to complete the job.
I tell you if there ever is a guy who has a million and one excuses and this is the guy and company to deal with.
So please Vaughn from Versatile Pools "DO NOT I REPEAT DON NOT USE HIM".
I see there are one or two compliments written about him and i bet you they are family or friends, if only i had known about Hello Peter before i started my pool and seen the reports written about him i would never have used him.
