UNFAIR PRACTICE

WHY MUST WE PAY TO GET OUR MONEY BACK IF THE BANK THAT YOU TRUST, ALLOW CRIMINALS TO REPEATEDLY DRAW on FALSE DEBIT ORDERS. WHY CAN THEY NOT CONTACT YOU BEFORE THEY ENTER IT. Why is it not possible for me to tell the bank that they must NOT allow any debit order unless confirmation from account holder.
