You have double deducted my account!!!

My December payment did not go through for my loan of R2002, I had emailed to ask to make an arrangement to pay it off, and was informed on email that I could not do it via email and must phone in. I contacted the number given, spoke to an Indian guy and an arrangement was made to deduct R550 per month for 4 months! So this morning I f cking woke up and you deducted again! 1st deduction on 5th and 2nd on 31st! I cant f cking afford this amount to go off twice on my account hence me making arrangements!!! Now two of my debit orders will bounce back because I do not have enough money... I WANT MY F CKING MONEY RETURNED TO ME TODAY!!! I HAVE BEEN A STANDARD BANK CUSTOMER FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND THIS IS HOW I AM TREATED!! YOU HAVE JUST ABOUT F CKED UP MY FRIDAY THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I EXPECT THIS TO BE SORTED THIS MORNING OTHERWISE I WILL MOVE MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH YOU!!!
