Loans deduction

Currently under debt review for 3 years now, fnb loans has deducted funds directly from my account although my creditors had paid them

Firstly there was a deduction of R333 .33 x 2
Today the 25 th Feb an amount of R813.38

I have been on the phone the whole day and have not been helped a whole day has passed and I still cannot get help as to why has FNB deducted my account although my debt counselors have made payments to them.

I was told I need to make payment arrangements but I cannot get through to anyone to make these arrangements with.

All that shows on my account is the amount and a description of residuals. Nobody knows which department is residuals.

When I got through to loans division i was told they will deduct whatever money is in my account.

PLEASE HELP
