Insurance Claim

I am a loyal customer for iWyze Insurance for 2 years and since I have been with them never claimed until now and to have my claim rejected because it's not within 30 is total madness. I waited to have access money before I could claim and from the 30 days they talking about it only elapsed with 20 more days which is not even a month. How was I suppose to know that I could claim even though I didn't have access money and I would be given 3 months to come up with it. The fact that I have been a loyal customer all these time doesn't mean as long as they making business, and why make me miss work by driving all the way to the Panel beaters knowing my claim would be rejected. To even think that I referred more than 5people to them, this is the thanks that I get, I mean for only R8000.00 damage. I will take my customer loyalty to someone who really deserves it and who will put their customer's interest first. I will not continue to waste my money like this, this is where it ends with me and them. And they talk about how understanding they are when you lose something and wanting to make claims process as easy as possible, well I guess they make them very easy by rejecting them.
