I would like to bring it to the Municipality's attention that David Govender, who I believe is from Materials Management (he refused to tell Me which Department he works for), is rude and unhelpful to Service Providers.
I visited the Municipality to update information on my company profile and I was advised that David is the Guy I needed to liaise with. On my first visit, he wasn't available. I then left my documents with a Colleague (Alice). I contact the municipality on Monday the 30 Sept 2013 to confirm if everything has been sorted and they advised yes it has however my BBBEE credentials weren't updated. I had left a certified copy of my BBBEE certificate first time round however, I decided to call David's direct line (031 311 7426) and fortunately I got hold of David who went out of his way to inconvenience Me (kept Me waiting un-necessarily on the phone with no explanations as to why, re-routed my call to another colleague who advised I shouldn't be re-routed because David is the right person to speak to for such services), call was re-routed to David again who upon hearing the voice of the same Service Provider he refused to assist, dropped the call.
