Faith restored in Customer Service

On Sunday afternoon I placed an order for two wing back chairs with David, from House & Home Centurion Mall. Due to the time of year, he advised that delivery would take place in about 4 days - I enquired as to whether there was any other way I could get delivery sooner. David was an absolute star and advised he'd make special arrangements for delivery within 2 days after purchase. I wasn't sure that this would in fact happen (poor experiences with other suppliers during December), but David's positive attitude and friendliness at the time of buying the chairs had a very small part of me believing his promise - I called this afternoon (Tuesday 31 December) to enquire, and not only did he remember me, but advised that the store should receive the chairs this afternoon... his promise was in fact kept 100% :-) I have just received a call from the store advising that delivery will be at 18:00 this evening :-) I have never purchased goods from House & Home before, but can assure you that as a result of David and his brilliant focus on customer service, when the need arises in future, House & Home Centurion Mall will be my first stop! Thank you David... may 2014 find you blessed!
