Poor service and attitude

I had to phone in numerous times to follow up for part with Parts Manager, David Cyfers. Every time I asked David to call me by a date to confirm if part was there. Not once did he ever call me.

At one point I had made arrangements with Deon, one of his employees, to come through at 3pm and instructed Deon to ask David to call me to confirm the part was there as communicated to me. They didn't call, so I called in and the receptionist said the branch had closed early at 1pm and this was known to all staff.

I was later told my part was given to another customer (a specific part for specific model) and that a new order was being placed.

I also asked who the manager was (David said name was Leon) and asked him to call me. He never has. I don't know if David even passed on the message.

At no point did the words 'I'm sorry' ever come out David's mouth. Even with the part was collected, no apology was offerred. Poor service, terrible attitude!

If you search Nissan here, it's not surprising Nissan Milnerton is specified as a common result and one of few branches singled out! Best to avoid and use other branches around CT.
