I am applying for a home loan through FNB. After I was called by an agent from FNB who will handle my application, she required some documentation - which I sent to her.
After 2 email which I then sent to her (Pearl), asking if she has received my documentation, I recieved no reponse so I called the Home Loans department. Once put through to Pearl, which took meant being redirected 3 times, FNB hung up on me.
Today, I called again - Pearl wasn't in so I left a message for her to please email me and confirm that which I have been repetitively asking her. She replies 2 hours later by email calling me ''Mrs Brink'' and saying that the she cannot read a date on my pay slips.
1. Is she actually referring to me or my wife? As we BOTH submitted pay slips
2. I checked - both our slips have dates on
3. She actually asked if we bank as FNB or not - in applying I indicated that we do.
This is probably the most unprofessional service I have had in my entire life. I wish I had stayed Standard bank, and I have no desire to apply at FNB for anything ever again. Nedbank, ABSA and Standard Bank are far more professional and customer friendly. I feel this lady doesnt know what she is doing!
