I visited Standard Bank Cresta branch on 14 November 2013. In an upmarket, busy shopping centre such as Cresta, they had only one person attending to enquiries and one customer service consultant, between 11:00 and 12:00. All I needed to do, was complete a simple form. When I complained after 30 minutes, the response was a shrug of the shoulders, "I'm sure you'll be next..." I eventually left the branch after 40 minutes, without being attended to at all.
