FNB a waste of time and extremely poor service

I've opened two accounts online. I was informed to take all the necessary documentation into my closest branch (Balfour Park), which I did. The consultant gave me a standard FNB fica confirmation letter that needed to be completed. I completed the form and had it signed by the relevant people. I went back the next day to the branch. After waiting an hour to be attended to, another consultant told me the standard FNB fica form was incorrect. I told him that his colleague told me that this form must be completed. He went to his colleague. They argued (in front of me) and later a third person was involved in the argument. After waiting another 20 minutes, (while they were arguing), I left. I phoned FNB contact centre and instructed them to close/cancel the accounts with immediate effect, due to the poor service I've received. I e-mailed and faxed the request as well. FNB still went ahead and started changing my debit orders. I've made several calls. I contacted Balfour Park via telephone and was told to e-mail Tebelo Pitso. I am still awaiting a response. I am fed up with phoning, faxing and e-mailing and not getting any response. I refuse to waste another minute going into the branch
