My Wife and I had a variety of queries that we wanted resolved as we both have FNB accounts. We were attended to by a Consultant named Nokuthula. She was professional, patient and generally had a good attitude. Despite having queued a bit longer before we were attended to, she made it worth our while and we left the Bank with all our queries resolved. Keep it up :)
