I went to Standard Bank Tyger Manor branch to collect my new card. I stood in the queue at enquiries for 20 minutes, to be told that my card is at the consultants upstairs. I then waited upstairs for another 20 minutes!
I eventually left without seeing anyone, as I could not comprehend having to wait for 40 minutes (and 4 children waiting not so patiently in the car)
I suggest that a consultant contact me to get directions out to our farm, as I will not be wasted both my time and fuel for another trip to standard bank!
