I HAD A GEYSER BURST 11.03.2013 - DUE TO THIS CUPBOARDS CEILING DAMAGED
DATE OF CLAIM 11.03.2013 - 18.06.2013 3 MONTHS HAVE GONE BY NOTHING HAS BEEN REAPIRED OR REPLACED
NO COMMUNICATION FROM STANDARD BANK - I HAVE BEEN CALLING IN WEEKLY TO GET A PROGRESS UPDATE
NO 1 CALLS ME BACK OR EVEN GIVES US INDICATION OF WHEN WORL WILL BE CARRIED OUT

AS A STANDARD BANK HOME OWNER - I AM ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED
BEEN WITH STANDARD BANK FOR OVER 8 YEARS AND THIS IS A FIRST CLAIM

CANT YOU AT LEAST CALL ME AND ADVISE ON THE PROGRESS
THERE IS NO LINE OF COOMUNICATION - EACH TIME I CALL ITS THE CALL CENTRE
I LODGED 2 COMPLAINTS ALREADY WITH COMPLAINTS DEPT - TO DATE STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE
