Not Happy at ALL

Hi,
Here is my Scenario at fnb Claremont (the branch next to food lovers)
1. I visited the bank to get my Cell phone number changed. Provided all papers to get it done. The FNB Agent that helped me, didn't change the number on all the online banking systems.
2. When using the online banking facility, I noticed that the sometimes SMS are being sent to my old number and it was difficult for me to always find where the old SIM was, insert in the phone, ...
3. Then I had to take another half day off to go to the bank to get it fixed. I provided all necessary papers as usual. She told me it going to take up to 24 hours to check with the Home Affairs.
4. Few days later I received a voice mail from the branch telling me that they couldn't fix their mistake because the home affairs response was negative.
Here is my history with fnb:
1. I have been with your Bank for almost 10 years
2. I have Credit with your Bank
3. I get paid through your Bank every month;
4. I'm not requesting to add new number on the system but COMPLETE the Unfinished work done by your colleague.
