Complaint on FNB website and no response

On Tuesday 5th of November I opened a new account. Everything was approved and I also send all the document FNB required same day and they said I can expect my card to be delivered in the next 3-5 working days. The next day I received a SMS to tell me I can expect a call from FNB regarding my card delivery in the next 48 hours. I never received a call or any sort of communication. On Monday the 11th of November I called FNB and asked them what the reason are for not calling me and they said they did call me but I didn't answer, well nobody called me. The lady said she is going to reset the call and they will phone me in on Monday or on Tuesday the 12th of November. Nobody Called regarding the delivery. I lodged a complaint on FNB's website to tell them nobody is phoned me after I was promised to get a call. I received an email from them stating they will call me in the next 24 hours about my complaint, well 48 hours later no response from them Ref number 8A1JH1BN

I always Recommended FNB to everyone that asked am I happy with FNB, but to tell the truth FNB's service is getting worse and it seems they don't care any more.
