I called the call centre on the 20th if Im not mistaken to request balances on my Easy plan loans account and to find out if the two loans cannot be joint and if my instalment could be recalculated and the consultant was falling all over the call and could not give me proper info on my loans and said that my loans are with their legals department i was shocked and asked if she could call me back and she said she will and never did on the 25/03/13 i called again and asked that i be called back as the consultant i spoke to advise that they were of line she said she would call me back no one has since called me. i am trying to make payment arrangements with FNB and no one seems to care. i have no other means of getting through to them and no one seems to assist me. i want to pay my loans and every time i call and ask to speak to a sup or manager no one wants to take my call. i don't know what to do and have given up on them. instead of them assisting me get out of debt they just keep on drowning me into more debt. i need sufficient assistance ASAP!!!
