No feedback as promised

Reported an issue with my eBucks on Monday - reflects my booster as inactive due to my home loan not in good standing. Passed from eBuck to h/loans back to ebucks and established nothing wrong with my acc (never has been). The promised 24-48 hour resolution time and call back has not materialised... it is Thursday - very diappointing
