No feedback or reference as promised

After speaking to an agent at the homeloans division, I was promised to receive an sms reference or some sort of confirmation after the agent activated my Ebucks points on my cheque account. I was not told that I need a separate ebucks points card and this was made known to me when I shopped at Dischem.

How do I get my Ebucks card?
