COMPLAINT!!!
2 weeks ago you took R200 out of my account without my consent. I spoke to a lady about a month ago and i told her over the phone yes, it sounds terrific, HOWEVER, I will call back and decide as soon as I get the papers in the mail etc. IT never happened, and you took money! I WOULD LIKE A REFUND ASAP!
I called you the very next day after the deduction was made and said I would like my money back and the person I spoke to said someone will call me back? IT NEVER HAPPENED! You are very very quick to deduct money, but not so quick to return it???
