Taking Money without consent

I submitted forms to add a dependent in May, I had to keep calling their call centre to enquire about the progress of the application. Received a message in July saying that the dependent has been added. On the 1st of August they debit my account taking the premium for June, July and August, without my knowlegde and consent, effectively leaving me without any money for the rest of the month. Once again I have to call them to get MY money back, which they TOOK! On the 12th of August I call in again still trying to get my money. I tell the person that my airtime is going to run out, which it does and they have still not called me back, even though, they have all my details infront of them. I am disgusted!
