Applying for a top up on previous loan, first installment gets taking off 3days later, after the person that helped said that it will go off at the last day of the month, as per usuall. AFter several phone calls and people I spoke, consultant and supervisors, said that they will reverse this debit order, but no one got back to me and nothing happened so far, this is really disappointing. Very quick to take money off your account, but takes a life time to sort out the mess. Thank you for spoiling my birthday CAPFIN and taking my gift money which was paid into my account to pay installment. What a plesant birthday. I insist that this get sorted asap. Given that according to Capfin that they have sent notices out on 9/12/13 which i havent received, and i still have been told on the 10/12/13 that the installment will be going of at the last day of the month. very dissappointed and angry, made a fifth attempt and the person also promised to return my call, with no avial.
