Taking Money from my account

Hi on 20 August 2013 I took out a policy from The Unlimited not knowing i was doing. The following day I canceled it 21 August 2013. On 27 August 2013 the money for the policy was still deducted from my account. I called the unlimited to ask what was going on why they took money for a canceled policy, they said they will pay the money back in two weeks. Why the must I wait 2 weeks for my own money. They quick to take money, but I have to wait 2 weeks for them to pay it back. Fliipin Ridiculous just shows you how they will pay out if you have a policy with them. Makes you think doesn't it
