I have noticed a debit order that has been on my bank statement and it dates back to 2011. upon my discovery of this, i noticed that the debit order was unauthorised and illegal. i rushed to the nearest capitec bank branch and i was told that i need to contact the company that was debiting from me. why would i need to contact a company when the money is debited illegally and why must a bank that is supposed to secure my money need permission of a debit order cancelation from some stupid Netcash company that robs people of their money!? as dissapointed as i was i did contact the company and guess what CAPITEC, my money is still being debited. SO WHAT NOW
