Do you call this customer service??

I received a call from an agent telling me he cant help me without listening to what I have to say. I told him to drop everything. How can your own bank not help you in a time of need!!! Maybe switching banks is a better option.

My in contact has still not been resolved. Do not call me, send me an e-mail once this has been resolved. You have anyway had more then enough time to fix this!!
