I would just like to know if it is so difficult for consultants at LegalWise to change a customer's banking details. I called in to make arrangements for my banking details to be changed and my outstanding payments to be deducted; however i was transferred from one person to the next five times until i was just left with music and i gave up. How is this possible or were they just lazy to assist because it was after four and almost time to go home.
