My mom is having tenant issues, where the tenant is not keeping to the termination date of the contract. She went to LegalWise office in Durban central (town) and was "assisted" by Kubashnee Reddy who told the tenants they need to be out by Friday (13/09) but they responded to say they would only move out on the 23rd which is not satisfactory because we have planned to visit her for the long weekend. We asked for an eviction letter to which they said they couldn't do immediately, and that it was a long process. This week my mom returned to LegalWise and was assisted by Olga Sithole who more efficient and got them to change the date to the 19th of September, today the tenants change their tune to say they are sticking to Monday (23/09) and when my mom escalates it to LegalWise, they say they cannot assist because they are fully booked & Olga is on sick leave, they can only help her in October. Does this mean no one else can help if one of the employees is unavailable? What about the monthly payments that are paid to Legalwise for legal assistance! The service is poor service, especially because this has been an ongoing query. They are not giving us solutions at all! This is very sad!
