I called in for an update of my outstanding claim. The call was handled by a very friendly consultant and I was pleased with the efficient service. She sounds very very knowledgeable and good at her job. This was a very pleasant experience for me and if I have anymore queries in future, i'll gladly call in and hope to speak to some one so professional and friendly as what I have experienced today.
