I lodged a claim on 04/07 already with Virseker my first one in 2 and a half years that I have my insurance. So I was not sure what to do and everything. I didnt got any help from Beryl. I send a few complaints in. It turned out to be a 3party claim I had to do everything myself no help from them and until date not even a call to ask if I got helped with everything. I cant want to get this claimed settle and then I will for sure leave Virseker. There service is bad. I just want to say my claimed is still not settle and I just think if they helped me maybe if was by now.
