Please help me. Need to speak to credit

I have been trying to call credit to explain my clear credit record that i have a copy of but no one will put me though. I have a complicated application that i need to speak to either the credit manager or a supervisor about. Will a credit manager please call me back urgently? I need to fetch my vehicle and can only do so once this is sorted out and my loan approved. Please do not get the call center to help me. I've been phoning in circles for days.
