On Nov 5, 2013-probably 5 minutes before closing time at 15:30pm, I went to FNB bank accompanying someone, and as this lady Precious was helping the lady I came with I decided to enquire about another service-and you could see that Precious was willing to help and even opened the account for me, and very informative and so patient. I did ask another consultant before probably a week ago at the same branch, but she was very unhelpful that's why I'm commending Precious on the service she gave beyond closing time with so much passion... Thank you.
