I spoke to Santha Naidoo (account controller) last week with regards to my account, I made a transfers to my vehicle account for the instalment amount (1557.21 310).
My FNB cheque account: 62318547885 was then debited again for the amount of R1860. I called customer service and spoke to a very unhelpful lady (forgot her name). That was just a waste of R30 airtime because she was very unhelpful.
I need the instalment amount to be reversed please.
How long will this take? And what process do I need to follow? Who do I need to speak to?
Can anybody help me please??
