My Edgars account was handed over to Creditworx and they put a judgment on my name.to cut the story short, my account was then handed over back to Edgars and the whole time I was unaware of this. I settled my account at Edgars as soon as I found work. Now I want to know, who is responsible for giving me a rescission letter, Creditworx because your name reflects there or Edgars because I settled with them? cause I wana go and apply in court asap!
