Payment made to 8ta instead of to another company

On 2013-11-23 I erroneously made an EFT payment of R237.00 to 8ta. On 26 November 2013 I phoned 8ta and told them about the mistake I made. I was told to email proof of payment and that the reversal should take 5 to 7 days, case number : 7139773.

I emailed the same person on 2014/01/14 requesting feedback as I heard nothing since the confirmation email with the case number received on 26 November 2013. NO feedback, NO refund. I made the mistake and owned up to it, now please give me back my money as this is turning out to be now as I did bring this under your attention nearly 2 months ago. Accepting and keeping money that does not belong to you is!

While on the subject, I also have R62.55 in credit since I cancelled my contract with 8ta, should this money not be paid out to me as well, it is my money and I do not have a contract with you anymore?
