On 11 October 2013 07:55 I emailed Virgin Money to cancel my credit card.
On 14 October 2013 15:16 they replied to apologise for they delay in following up to my email and said they would forward my request to their closure department.
Today (21 October 2013 16:40) I have had no response from Virgin.
10 full days since I sent my email I have not had meaningful correspondence.
Shocking from a company that deals with my money.
