I had a 2 year contract with 8.ta which expired on the 1 August 2013. On the 10 October 2013 I received an sms to say that 8.ta would be taking R237.64 off my account?? I in return emailed 8.ta to find out why this was been done as my contract had expired. I got a call from Nyiko on the 28 October 2013 saying it was taken off in error and that I would have my money refunded by Thursday the 31 October 2013, I was also informed that a further R40 odd had been taken off my account, well it has not been refunded and I have emailed them 04 November 2013, 12 November 2013 and again today. I have not had a single person phone me or email me back. Please can you help sort this out as i want my money back. This is not the first time 8.ta has messed with my account.
