On the 8th of October 2013 I emailed Consumer Credit Expert requesting my yearly full Credit Report.
On the 9th of October 2013, Leah Ramoroka (Creditexpert) emailed me back stating that I need to provide a copy of my ID, and proof of residential address.
On the 10th of October 2013 I emailed all relevant documentation to Leah Ramoroka.
On the 14th of October 2013 I sent a reminder that I had not received my Credit Report.
On the 15th of October 2013 I sent an angry email stating that the Bureau should advertise as "credit amateurs" and not as "credit expert".
I find this extremely unethical as the Bureau's advertise that an individual can pick up on, etc.
