Claim not being attended too

I submitted my claim on monday the 11th November 2013, I have been getting in contact agents an no one seems to be receiving my documents but the response I get when faxing says sent. I sent over four times to agents and still no assistance. I don't know what to do now because I can't make arrangements towards the funeral that needs to be made. Please assist
