My business name: Macingwane's Security-On the 12 of December 2012 my truck caught on fire on the highway, two weeks after the claim was registered, Zurich appointed an assessor after a month, than the assessor Shawn Pillay who gave feedback after three weeks who advised that the vehicle was not on cover but he had the wrong log book due 2 the incorrect information they had, it delayed the claim further up and until now we had no feedback, i am due to buy another vehicle but i cant get the finance because i still owe the bank for the burnt truck, i cant continue with the business. Zurich service is realy irritating this is not the first claim i am having the problem with, they take long to settle the claim, they keep on requesting the docs even if they do have it, they dont return calls. I am losing lot of business, its almost three months. Maybe i have to inform the media so that other clients will know about bad service they will get at teh claim's stage.
