You had this coming
So SBSA phone me out the blue, have not spoken to business banking for years, offer me some more overdraft, i think it strange but say yes why not. The consultant tell me it will take a little while to get done and she will phone me to confirm, later same day get another call from same consultant to say no you can not have a futher loan,
So lets just get this straight i cant have a loan i did not ask for OK
AND NOW the bank wants a list of things from me on my account that would take weeks to do!
So i tell the person ok the best would be just to close the account and move the outstanding amount to my personal account but will need a approved overdraft on the personal account
Now the consultant gets rude and tells me none of that can be done till i settle my account
After 30 years of banking with sbsa one would think it would be a bit fluid, but alas not so
So now being forced into a corner by business banking not wanting to help at all,
i need a new account with another bank for a small little overdraft that i could get from any bank
Why is this Standard bank im not over drawn ever, nothing has bounced, after i gave you the 250 k the 25 k was a perm overd
