On Saturday morning I dreaded taking my car for a inspection as I was sure that I was going to have to queue and wait in line till someone was "available" to assist me. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and found Gallied Nel willing to assist me as I drove in and parked my car.
He offered me coffee and made sure that I was comfortable before he proceeded with the inspection on my car. A short while late I was on my way again. Thank you so much for making it so easy!
