I requested a limit increase and upgrade on my credit card account. On friday 8 november I was phoned and went through the process. I was told that my upgrade and limit increase has been approved. On monday 11 november is was phoned again only to be told that my application has been declined. This is not acceptable. I was told on friday that all is well and monday the story changes. FNB's process is useless and I am seriously thinking of moving my accounts
