Adding a new driver of my 2nd car on my facility

Yislaaaik, do I feel like a pp h*l!! I mean 'real bad.' 'Phoned Outsurance (spoke to Shaka) to add a new driver of my 2nd car on my facility and I simply just lost it when he said that with the new person's profile my premium would increase by approx. R200! As a pensioner whose pension does not increase every year, this was just not on and I shouted "SELL IT" (I mean STOP IT!!) Don't change anything!! I can't afford the increase, just leave everything as it is!!! " This young man just kept his cool, explained the increase and advised me to speak to Rave. This young man explained the whole tutti (is this how you spell it?) to me, coolly and calmly and advised me to have a Premium Review every year in May and also to ask for a review in December. The long and short of all their help is that my premium is reduced by a whopping R130 per month!!! Thanks guys. Sorry Shaka for shouting and raving (forgive the pun Ravon) and ranting with you.
