I contacted Outsurance on 26 April to update my facility. I was transferred to Tsatsi and it was then that my Friday changed. There was a problem with the switchboard and the call was cutoff. The first surprise was that I received a callback from Tsatsi. I explained all the changes and updates that needed to be done and as always it was done extremely efficient. The whole time talking to Tsatsi it sounded as if really enjoyed his job. He then confirmed the new premium, and as we all are so used to I expected a increase in the premium. Just the opposite Tsatsi confirmed the new premium and I could not believe it was a saving of over R600.00 per month. As I must have sounded as if I was not believing the good news Tstatsi emailed my facility document while we were talking and I was able to confirm that I was still comprehensively insured. This was such wonderful news. With the saving I am now going to buy some Outsurance shares. I am proud to be a customer of such an amazing company.

I also want to thank Simone (Sorry if incorrectly spelled) For going to a lot of trouble this morning to confirm the detals of Tsatsi.

The service I received was far better that awesome!!!
