We have been a client of MiWay for a long period. Their service was great & immaculate until I called client service to get a feed back on an incident (accident) took place July' 2012. This lady (Zanele) responded RUDELY, UNEDUCATEDLY and ABUPTLY. She began raising her voice to me without listening to my version. She has no experience of Client Service due to me coming from the Client Service back ground. Is Miway employing due to race because every White woman previously I liased with spoke sweet, polite & educatedly to me?
