I called in to follow-up on an unresolved enquiry regarding the my car insurance premium and spoke to Motheo who advised that the query has been resolved to my satisfaction. I further asked him regarding the loyalty rewards, which he then explained that Miway pay client half of the their premiums on the anniversary of 3 years either the client claims or not. Since by the end of next month will be my 3years anniversary with MiWay, i am expecting my rewards of being a loyal client.
Nonetheless, Motheo showed good telephone etiquette on how he handles calls with client, give that man a "bells" and bravo to continue to flying Miway flag high.
