I've always regarded Miway as the best insurance company and I wanted to join them because of the advert on TV until I had an accident their client crash my car I couldn't believe it was like I'm dreaming. How can a person not stop on stop sign when he approach main road? we went to police station with their client who promise and admitted that he was wrong and he promise his goner fix my car with his insurance (Miway)
I've been waiting almost a month they say they still busy with assessing my car.
Now they sent me a document saying I was also wrong not looking around when I'm driving and I'm also responsible for that accident what is that? now they tell me I must pay their client 40% of the damage!!
Why Miway dint tell people that they don't cover third party at all, because if damage is R200 000 for my car I must pay their client 40% if I want my car to bee fix.
This is misleading according to FAIS act. why they don't
